I started writing these because every lesson plan I found online was either a bulleted reprint of the FAA handbook or a photo of someone's binder from the PTS days. So I built my own, one maneuver at a time, while I was working through my CFI. Every lesson is written so every element in the ACS gets touched on. This is the whole set.
The Ultimate Guide to Flight Instructing
Every lesson is laid out in order with objectives, content, completion standards & the mistakes I made so you don't have to. The numbers are keyed to the C172S POH (Vx 62, Vy 74, best glide 68, Va by weight) and every plan is tied to the current ACS, Private through CFI.
Each plan is mapped to the ACS task it covers, so when you're prepping a student for a checkride you can see at a glance what's been taught & what hasn't.
They're Word docs & PDFs. Change whatever you want, add your school's logo, swap my local notes for your own airport.
These are opinionated. If you teach chandelles differently than I do, you'll want to edit that one. That's the point of them being editable.
